This also happens in Indonesia after Minister of Law & Human Rights said so. Of course, all of Indonesian (except inmates' relatives) were against such action and it became national headline in no time. But the govt still did it anyway. You know what? In just a week (even several days), there were some reports about the criminals being caught in action again. What a world we have.
