  2. This kind of problem was actually discussed since long ago, but our news outlet are always busy with politics, sensation stories, and sympathy-seeking contents. If they cover a news about the flood, what they do are just showing the flood aftermath effect EVERY year, but never reveal the main problem (pokok permasalahannya). There's always consequence after cause. But Indonesian media are more interested in talking the post effect.
