It was actually a video from 2016/2017 of a Chinese influencer girl who became a host for a travel show in Palau. There was 1 challenge segment that she had to try a local delicacy, which is that bat soup. Netizens were too fast to make such allegation based on unconfirmed video that spread via chat apps.

Democracy is the RESULT of civilized state and social stability, NOT as the CAUSE . Better improving life ethics and state economics first, then we can talk about "democracy" after that.
