  1. The 'man' was quarantined for 2 weeks and tested negative 3 times. Then it could be he contacted with the virus outside, after he left the hotel. Maybe he touched some surfaces and rubbed his face that made him positive, or else? If that so, then the virus was already in China. He could be not the zero patient.
