  1. The thing about rogue robots is, it can only happens with analog computers. With digital computers, malfunction robots will have seizure and everybody will know that they shall shut it down. With analog computers, malfunction robots will still works but the calculations inside the "brain" will spew wild results, a command to "serve a cup of coffee to Jane" can transform into "shove cup into Jane's ass". Nobody will know that until our poor Jane have cup in her ass.
