  3. I just watched Stossel video about New Orleans, where almost all kids are schooled in charter school, and there are improvements to their educations. Why don't people push for charter school in their district? Even a rundown charter school will improve overall education in the district, because it will force public school to improve themselves too, if only so they won't lose face.
