  5. Am I the only one who think that regulation do nothing? Whether First Republic included or not in the regulation, it wouldn't do anything to prevent the situation they have right now. Silicon Valley Bank was included in the regulation, and look at what happened to them? It just like the plethora of gun regulations that do nothing to prevent mass shooting.
