  1. One kind of bomb that is mostly useless in the 1940s .. JDAM ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ JDAM rely heavily on GPS, which won't be around until 1980s(???). So, be it moving target or stationary, the result is the same, JDAM will act like a vanilla unguided bomb. So the success rate of bombing run will depend on the pilot accuracy in dropping dumb bomb.
