  1. The more the government try to manipulate the economy, the more mess they create. If the problem is China domination of battery industry, the solution is to invent a better battery where China does not have domination in material supplies. The sodium battery sounds promising. Graphite also check the box (I know, the graph shows China has the monopoly on it, but it's just carbon ffs, and much of the patents are not from China). Have it, and keep the technology close to your chest.
