  1. No. They are fascist. The government holds on the kill switch every time a corporation does not obey them and doesn't bother itself of day to day running those corporations themselves. Don't forget about the requirement for a party member to be installed in the board of director. Fascism through and through ... or, if we go with its name since 1950s, they are socialist.

  2. You forget one thing. China requires a party member to be installed in every corporations board of directors. Think about it as DEI in American corporations. The difference is, one is government sanctioned, the other is government protected.

  3. Yes, China found it hard to be communist, therefore they turned into fascist, where they maintain control without the needs to work for the details.
