  1. Ronin Dave It's difficult to accept a two-state solution when you have been the rightful owner of the land and have been kicked around and persecuted for 2500 years.

  2. Ronin Dave You could have instead mentioned the fall of Jerusalem to the Babylonians in the 6th century BC or the fall of Jerusalem to the Romans in the 1st century. I detect a bias. No, I am referring to a connection between a people, a culture, a religion and a land which extends back in time for millennia.

Ronin Dave Fair enough but the point I am making is simply that the 'Jewish' claims and connections to the land go way back into ancient history and yet most people are fixated over what happened in the 20th century, which is like yesterday from a Jewish perspective. Then we have Islam, a major complicating factor. I don't see any workable solution sadly.
