  1. What is really funny is that everything you wrote is bs. First of all, the IMF and the World Bank don't have access to the facts pertaining to the ruzzian economy (putin has it). Second... neither organisation is criminal. That's putins' role. All they have are the published figures, which are widely considered to be smoke and mirrors. Again, putin. But a reasonable estimate of the state of the economy can be made. It's not too difficult, and what you get is pretty much in line with what was presented here.
