  1. Those two you mentioned... their fear of a nuclear escalation by ruzzia is likely higher than for the rest. It's completely understandable. Whether it's correct is a matter of opinion. But they each have to make descisions and wear the consequences, even though Ukraine is the ultimate victim in all of this. I guess what I'm saying is it's not as easy as you would paint it when you're the decision maker, e.g., Biden.
