You need to stop conflating 'Rebels' with ISIS. ISIS are rebels (obviously by definition) but not all rebels were ISIS. Some rebels were simply Syrians fighting against Assad's barbarity. They were the one's asking the US/west for support. Yes, they were called 'rebels' but they were not ISIS. If you can't remember how all this played out in the early months of the Syrian civil war then you have memory issues. We need the facts but not the propaganda else the Jimmy Dore Show loses its value. We need nuance here. Fact is not all rebel groups had the same goals and nor were they being backed by the same sides. They were fighting each other. The US was not backing ISIS even though they were backing some 'rebels'. The US coalition were fighting ISIS as was Russia. This is important.

Jm ZZ Brilliant comment but one thing I'm not sure about... I think there has always been some form of tension in the middle east, whether that be tribal or religious sectarian or whatever. History records times of violence and instability which predates US influence. The west has stirred up a hornets nest in the region for sure but the hornets was always there? Would you agree?

Trump needs to build the wall. He must build it. I mean, every country needs a physical border but Pelosi doesn't like walls. Can he do it? Obama also blew up the deficit by trillions, right? And you'll still fill your prisons when the country is thriving because there will always be bad guys. It's not rocket science.
