  2. Jm ZZ Brilliant comment but one thing I'm not sure about... I think there has always been some form of tension in the middle east, whether that be tribal or religious sectarian or whatever. History records times of violence and instability which predates US influence. The west has stirred up a hornets nest in the region for sure but the hornets was always there? Would you agree?

  3. D Personal There should be no right of return for millions of so called Palestinians. They should be citizens of their own birth countries. Yes, there should be one state. It should be the multicultural state called Israel where Jews and Arabs live together. Kind of like it is already but bigger.

  4. pite9 Spot on. Chomsky loves to bash the US. The US is always wrong according to him, even when they're right. He did some good work on language theory back in the 50's and 60's but he's an idiot on geopolitics.
