I think it would be constutiomally wrong, but worse, a change of government could be destabilising in terms of the war effort. Unlike the sham ruZZian election where the government never loses.   11. VAT makes more sense than tariffs. Consumption taxes serve an entirely different role economically than tariffs (which are more to do with international trade).

  12. Can people stop whining about limitations. There'll always be limitations. The US isn't going to supply large quantities of some of the world's best weapons and then say do whatever you like with them. The real problem is that the US is too slow to adapt to the changes on the front lines, etc. Some donor countries claim to be imposing no limits. Denial is a good strategy. We'll never know what the actual terms of use are, and that's as it should be. If we know, then ruzzia knows, and that's bad.
