  1. Public compliance in Melbourne is atrocious. People not using the QRCode check-ins, people not wearing masks, or wearing a mask under chin or nose not covered or mask flopping around or people with mask off with empty drink bottles in hand or pulling mask off to talk, not washing hands after toileting etc. It's hopeless. Such a simple thing to do, wearing a mask. Come on, it's not rocket science. And more problematic... no enforcement. I haven't seen one cop anywhere checking masks ever.
