Freedoms come with responsibilities. If one is going to neglect the responcibilities that come with being a member of a communities then one should lose the relevant freedoms. We already do that in many ways. Vaccinations are so very critical right now that mandating them (with minimal exception) might be necessary and ethical. Let them quit their job. That would be their choice. One of my employer's responcibilities is to the safety of their staff. Everyone in my office should be vaccinated. To not do so would ne negligent.
