  1. Simply multiplying the so called transmisibilties of a historical sequence of variants based on correlations and coming up with an X value has to be flawed. It doesn't take into account the plethora of variables in play in any particular community in any instant of time. Variants are going to keep popping up and many will replace existing ones but where is the hard evidence that any of them are 2, 3, 4 or 5 times more transmissible than the original? Nowhere, right?
