  1. Either stay with Windows 10, or switch to Windows 11. For those people with very old hardware, there are some workarounds (reportedly). Some people have Windows 11 running on the original i5 CPUs. But sooner or later, technology moves on, and backward compatibility has to take 2nd place. I mean, how many people are still running those old IDE cabled hard drives or a ps2 mouse or anything else that old? Anyone overly concerned with security could probably install 3rd party software. Or if you like self inflicted pain, try Linux.
