  2. No, but when you're fighting an existential battle against a large fascist power that commits war crimes daily, then desperate measures are necessary. But I'm sure you already knew that, right?

  3. He didn't mention it most likely because it's irrelevent. Its a talking point that has recently circulated, but it makes no sense. Neither side can build significant fortifications right on the front lines, and international borders ARE the front lines. The side building anything significant needs to be back a distance, as was russia when it built the huge trench systems in the south. They were well back, not because they couldn't fire long range missiles, but because Ukraine could.
