  1. I don't believe the amount of Kursk territory held is the important part of this, as long as a decent chunk of it is held. After all, this whole war was about turning Ukraine into a puppet state, and that failed three years ago. Ukraine and Russia are huge, and the amount of territory changing hands in any month amounts to not much. Additionally, atritting Russia's military is more important than sq kms
