  1. Yes, if two people want to be together, that's nobodies business. I don't even mind that they be given equal rights under the law (being equivalent to marriage) but it should not be called marriage. Marriage is a very special relationship between a man and a woman. The foundation of family. Never heard of a man giving birth.

  2. Yes, a baker should have the right to refuse service. I wouldn't serve a Muslim wearing a burqa for instance because I find it offensive. Same principle should apply to Christian or Muslim bakers who are offended by homosexuality. Not baking a cake is not imposing religious superstitions on others if that's what you mean.
