  1. A lot of admiration for this man. Wish more politicians could communicate this well. I'm mildly conservative myself but there is one thing the conservative side isn't good at and that's health care. That became painfully obvious during the pandemic. An over emphasis on individualism and effective pandemic management are incompatible goals. This is by definition. Pandemics and epidemics are community wide issues that needs to be managed as such.

  2. I agree with your guest on the housing crisis. It's a similar issue where I live in Australia. But isn't it all about supply and demand? Immigration and incredibly low interest rats have inflated demand and therefore prices. Can this be fixed? Probably not without a lot of pain.
