  1. I had figured it out myself pretty quickly (maybe around 5. my 1st year at school). Most kids knew Santa wasn't real but I can imagine it could be distressing for older kids to be told.

  2. Dogs are a damn menace and not just for the barking or the dog shit in my garden. I'm surrounded by the bastards. Every neighbour has one or more dogs. And then there're the dog walkers passing at the rear. It's literally killing me. Having to wear earmuffs all day long means I never get to hear when my wife or children are speaking. It's lonely but it keeps me off of the Valium. Sad that too many selfish dog owners care more about their dogs than they do about people.

  3. I subscribe to two movie streaming services which my whole family enjoy for the same as it would cost me for a subscription to this podcast. I used to be a subscriber but I no longer see the value in it.
