  5. Yes, it is. Check the definition of "democracy". America has its own formulation, distinct from the British system, sometimes referred to as a constitutional federal rebublic, but it is democratic.

  6. That's not "the left". It's an extremist group we often refer to as "woke" or "progressive". The right is equally ridiculous, e.g., the religious right, the far right and the maga movement. It's best not to cherry-pick or make broad generalisations because it proves nothing.
