They would rather tolerate intolerance and oppression in the name of diversity than be labeled bigots. It also provides the opportunity for some virtue signalling. Very important that. Nothing will happen if she shows her hair but she chooses not to because of her deluded belief in some sky wizard who apparently thinks exposed hair is not good or something equally ludicrous. Should I refuse to wear a uniform because my garden gnomes are anti-uniform? Is that any more ridiculous than this women's fixation with hair covering? No. Freedom of religion is OK but let's not forget freedom from religion. I don't want to suffer other peoples religious symbolism. I find it offensive. They should keep it private.

  5. It was a great time. There was nothing gay about it that I can remember. It was just people having fun. I was more into the roller skating scene than dance but nevertheless it was a wonderful time. Great music never bettered.

  11. Sadly more like. The death of disco was dissapointing because what took it's place was a load of crap. Rock was good but the rest was crap. That said, I still listen to disco. It's like gold compared to the current rubbish.
