  1. It wouldn't take 4 years. They'll likely lose 200k this year at current rate against poorly trained poorly equipped conscripts. I doubt Pootin would accept more for a "special opperation"... would he? And WW2 was considered existential by Russia. This war isn't so I don't think the numbers are comparable.
