  2. Left and right loses some of its meaning when we're comparing countries. I've always felt that the whole of Sweden was quite left leaning when compared with the US. The Swedish far left would have to be totaly bonkers. A bit like our Australian Greens and our socialists and far left. Just a few days ago, we had a story about pro Palistinian/pro Hamas protesters vandalising property in Sydney. Domestic terrorists for Palistine type of thing. Completely nuts.

  3. I think it's a question of what proportion of the far right parties are actually nazis. I was on the right politicaly 4 years ago and was pro La Pen, pro Trump, pro brexit etc, and I've been called a nazi and a racist and a whole bunch of other insulting labels by the left... but I'm none of those things. I am staunchly anti-woke and anti-imigration (of the sort we've seen across Europe for two decades). But I'm actually a centrist, but there is no political home for such folk. The far left and the far right are all insane. The thing is, I found the woke left to be so repugnemt that I drifted right for a time. It's my opinion that we're seeing that in happening Europe, as Jake said. So, are they all nazis? Probably not.... I hope.
