  4. Don't be silly. A lot of anti-aircraft systems have been sent to Ukraine by many countries. It's over to the Ukrainian authorities where they position them. And there are limits to how much of any type of equipment can be supplied. Whether or not a port exists is irrelevent. More equipment is always better than less but there are limits.
