I'm not American, nor am I a Trump supporter, but I have to say, those impeachments look very much like witch-hunts to me. Democrats made it clear from the get go that they'd be trying every trick in the book to end Trump's Presidency asap, and they did try. And now they, the free world and Ukraine are all paying a price for the Democrats' seemingly childish vindictive behavior. That Trump is favorite to win in 2024 is yet another symptom of peoples displeasure at the way he was treated by the democrats and the left 2016 to 2020 and it continues.

You're cherry picking. There are many well functioning democracies. Australia has a democratic system... it works very well... what's the problem with it? The US system seems dysfunctional to me. Look at what's happening there right now... Trump is favorite to win again and you have a house speaker who potentially seems to have more power than congress and the President by simply not allowing a vote.
