VICE News So we have a fanatical Islamist in the middle east decapitating innocent victims and this dawah guy blames Britain. No wonder Muslims are becoming unpopular. And this idiot goes further... he thinks the solution to every problem is wait for it... kill a bunch of people! Religion of peace? This guy talks about truth and then tries to sell a religion based on the premise that a god chose as his final prophet an illiterate medieval warmonger who allegedly flew to heaven on a winged horse. LOL

I love the cold. Hate the heat.

+folken1761 Your medieval attitude toward killing for such trivial reasons is utterly reprehensible and should be condemned.

@huseyink.o.1244 Ukraine is a sovereign state recognised by rhe UN. If they want to join NATO they should join NATO (subject to being accepted by NATO). None of Putin's or Russia's damn business.

Both sides might call the other the "terrorist" but one side is wrong in doing so. The term "terrorist" has a well defined meaning and only one side fits the definition. Both sides being Muslim is irrelevant to the arguments against Islam.

Alex Wagner "Those fighters are using Islam as an excuse to fight, they do not represent the values of Islam"... Wrong on both points... Those fighters are motivated by their religious beliefs and they do represent the values of Islam (albeit their own extremely literal interpretation). There is no definitive set of Islamic values. This is religion. No one gets to define what 'true' Islam really is, any more than one can define true Christianity. It's all about cherry picking a bunch of ambiguous, contradictory and inconsistent man made texts.

folken1761 In my country (not the US) a rapist would receive a much tougher sentence than would a thief. Having said that, I fail to see the connection between US rape sentencing and the topic of this video!

Soopitall The 'monster' existed long before the US got involved. The 'monster' you refer to is simply an opportunist and if you know anything about middle eastern / islamic history you will know that there is an endless supply of 'monsters'. It makes no difference what the US does, it will always be damned for it's actions. I am not an American by the way.

Fantastic story. Let's hope many more will escape the clutches of Islam.

***** Exactly. These people are protesting against hate and no surprise these protests are happening in increasingly larger numbers. Unfortunately, it appears as though most people are incapable of realising the uncomfortable truth that Islam is divisive and dangerous. Islam scares the hell out of me and its spreading. There are places around my city that I now find too dangerous to visit due to the increasing Muslim presence, yet whenever one raises the issue, a bunch of ill-informed ignoramuses shout racist. I live in a great country. A safe and peaceful place to raise a family but I can see that peacefulness ebbing away as the number of Muslims increase. It's a worry.

***** When was the last time science flourished in the middle east? How many Nobel Prizes have come out of the middle east? As for ISIS, of course it's all religiously motivated. How could it be anything else? Everything about their modus operandi shouts Islam. They are Islamic religious fanatics of the most extreme form but Islamic nevertheless.

***** Well said. Finally someone with some common sense.

That was stupid. Very shallow and on the climate... Some people like cold climates. Some people like snow. Some people hate hot sunny drought climates. The Helsinki climate seems pretty good.
2
@Chris-il7mi Shut up unless you have something useful to contribute.

Depends how you define 'great weather'. My idea of great weather would be Scotland, Northern England or southern NZ. I hate hot sunny weather and I know many others who feel the same.

+Computer Screen Jeff How about stop bad immigration (better vetting) and kick out the bad immigrants?

***** It's savages with weapons motivated by a particular religious ideology. In their minds they are doing Allah's work. Religion + fanatics = trouble.

We had hundreds of these violent morons turn up at a peaceful rally and it took a huge effort by the police to contain them. They are extremely violent.

+Lion Of Yoktan Isis and the other Islamic terrorists are not the result of invasion, they are opportunists who were always there and have always been there in some form for the past 1400 years. They are like weeds.

LuisMrYoung Yes, but why do many Muslims bring the radical Islamic mindset with them? Fact is many are not fleeing from radical Islam. They are often fleeing from poverty and war. I live in a successful multicultural city of around 4 million but there are suburbs which I now consider too dangerous to visit due to radical Islam. Recent terrorist attacks prove the point. Is this what we want? I agree with most of your comments but surely there is a growing problem that is not being addressed?
1
Kai Kelly I thought Islamic state were predominantly Muslims?... and probably the closest adherents to the original violent medieval form of Islam... but you don't hate them? But you said do hate them? But you don't hate them because you don't hate Muslims?... but you must? I'm confused.

+Ani Jay (AJ) OK... so not in the Middle East. It's a common enough mistake but surely you get the point?
1
Surely people who are not legally documented residents should be detained or deported? How is it that the US allows illegal immigrants to roam freely within the community? Sanctuary Cities? Seems like a dumb idea.

Junior J Brilliant comment. Well said and spot on. Hope the deranged lefties read your comment and learn.

Every country must have the right to choose who enters and when they enter. End of story.

Pharoah P "U.S is the blame. In the meantime we'll continue to vilify Islamic people" You're conflating two separate issues. Think before you type.

Genocide will be the result if Russia wins. As always.
