@rogerstarkey5390 They're great conceptually but a long way from being an affordable alternative to ICE cars. Not sure where you live but the last time I looked in my country, there was no EV priced below $50,000. That's double the price of an ICE car. And in the used car market it's even worse. Additionally, we already have power shortages at peak times both in terms of generation and grid capacity. Charging a car simply adds load to the already overloaded grid and the remaining coal generators.
