  4. And what was said in this video is spot on and excellent, but it only scratches the surface of the information available. The history of the Jewish people is long and complex but a common theme throughout is persecution and tragedy at the hands of empire builders, especially the Arabs (and let's never forget the Nazis in Europe). The Jewish people have been thrown off their land many times and many of their people have been flung to the four winds. This is their time to hold tight again. This is their land. Their only historical and cultural homeland.

  7. There is nothing wrong with migration. Israel is multicultural. There are many Arabs living in Israel. Also since a lot of Jewish people fled persecution, it is entirelly expected that they may wish to return when it's safe. You might refer to that immigration. I would consider it differently, more like returning home.

  10. There are fools in every culture and country. That's just the way the world is and always has been. I struggle to understand why. There are pro hamas protests in my country, but these protesters are complete idiots. For example, "lesbians for palistine". Go figure. They make me angry. But my government supports Israel, as I do but on a positive note, these far left morons are only a small minority.

  11. I'm an atheist. Religion is irrelevant to me, but your point about the age of the Bible and therefore the age of the Jewish and Christian texts is extremely important. The age of these writings is among the most important proofs that the Jewish people are indigenous to the land. Israel is the homeland of the Jewish people and the origins of their religion language and culture. And all of this occurred at least 1000 years before Islam was invented. This is why I support Israel. Great comment.

  12. Fact check: Islam invented in the 7th century in Arab lands. Not Israel. Judaism existed 2500 years ago in Israel. That's 1200 years before Muhammad. Can you now see the problem with your claim? Additionally, the 1948 map does not represent the true borders of historical Israel. The area of land was arbitrarily divided up by people who didn't understand history. They made a mess of it. This was explained very clearly in this video. I suggest you listen again. The area awarded to the Jews was too small, it did not represent historical or present reality and was a grave injustice. This is well known. When you talk about the Jews stealing land and base the claim on a flawed map, then you're clearly not interested in a fair argument or a fair outcome. Jews are returning to their land of around 3000 years in the same way I hope Ukrainians will return to their land of around 1000 years. Arabs are immigrants and have no indigenous connect with the land. None of what you said about the Torah or Talmud is relevant.

  13. Your comment seems a little mixed up. The idea of "abandoning Christ" makes no sense to those who have never believed in Christ or those who believe Christianity is just made up by men. One doesn't have to be the follower of a religion to believe in some of its values e.g. "Judeo-Christion values". Saying "the west has abandoned..." is a massive generalisation. Such generalisations are usually incorrect. There is a broad range of beliefs in the West. When that terrible attack on Israel occurred last week, many landmarks in my country were lit up in Israel's colors in support, including the Sydney Opera House. As for the attitudes toward Islam in the West, they're very mixed. I do agree with your last comment about Islam, and that among other things is I why I stand with Israel.
