  2. I don't think you need to chew on that. You'd just make your own descision and ignore the recommendation. It's always going to be drivers choice as it us with gas. I've even run out of gas a couple times.

  3. The solution then would be to fix reliability issue but is it possible? We have that problem in summer in Australia because too many coal generators were closed with nothing to replace them. There's been talk of building a new gas powered generator in Victoria but the problem will only get worse as more coal plants are closed and exacerbated by the increasing demands imposed by EVs. And all the while we're being bashed for not doing enough.
