  3. This is disingenuous... the Twitter market cap has been at or around the 40 billion level for a while. Was as high as 60 billion not too far back. There would have been no deal at 13 billion. Share holders would have been screaming blue murder. I agree that the market value is inflated but so is property in my city by around 200% but like in any market, you pay the price or go without.
