  2. Shermer doesn't have to be personally on top of every detail. It's been gone over by experts for years and revisited countless times by countless people and the evidence is clear enough. Rogan is doing the same thing you accuse Shermer of doing. He's not an expert either. Just because he uses guns and knows some hunters doesn't make him an expert on crime scene analysis. Real experts have already looked at the evidence. All of the conspiracy theory BS relies on the presupposition that some joe out on the street had access to secret knowledge that's been locked away by some tyrannical government agency. It's a case of watching too many x-files episodes.
