  1. Why does it matter? There has been international cooperation between research labs for years and it's ongoing. US researchers have even visited the Wuhan lab (and other labs) for the purpose of sharing. Of course tinfoil hat wearers will always read more into these things.

  2. Correct except this is not a "Pretend Crisis" and the mismanagement is more about not doing a strict enough lock-down early enough. If New York, Italy etc. had acted quicker (even by a week or two) we wouldn't be seeing such a high death toll. What beggars belief is the idea of opening up before the case rate falls sufficiently.

  3. I would rather follow the evidence and not the speculation of random YouTube bloggers. Most experts are uncommitted on an accidental lab release vs some other process.

  4. A lot of governments are going to have a lot to answer for. The handling of this disaster has been a dismal failure in too many cases.
