  2. icampos89 Correct, though attitudes might vary state by state. I am not American and not fully informed on this issue but I do not support the death penalty. I fail to understand why the U.S. still does.

  3. +rahowhero I usually consider the death penalty as being state sanctioned premeditated murder but I guess murder is the wrong word to use here.
