  1. Shirley Phelps-Roper might be a religious crank but surely so are those who get upset over book burning? A woman was recently thrown of a building, beaten and killed for allegedly damaging a Quran. In what way does Islam deserve any respect when it's follower's value paper and ink over human life? I mean, books are just paper and ink.... aren't they? What's lost apart from the paper and ink? What happens when I delete a copy of the Quran from my hard drive or when the hard drive dies and is discarded? Let's be rational. Why should we respect the irrational?
