I am sure the aid from Spain was good fresh food when it was sent to Jordan but the trucks cannot get into Gaza and the food rots. Spain had done much to support the Palestinians but the Americans support the Israelis and it is difficult for Spain to confront the United States as the Americans are so powerful, like an Empire in control of the West and many parts of the world with 700+ bases throughout the world. We have two American bases in Spain, one for the U.S. Navy at Rota (Cádiz) and an air force base near Sevilla, both in Andalucía where I live. The United States keeps control of its allies with bases.

@Khaoskatze Germany has been the biggest disappointment among all the European Union countries. What has happened to the people there, I wonder. The government in Berlin has decided to stop funding the Israeli genocide of the Palestinians but this is too little, too late.
