  1. YouTube forbids us from calling this over-zealous sheriff what I believe him to be. The man forgets what it was like to be a kid when laptops were not yet invented. The Convention on the Rights of the Child, the most comprehensive human rights treaty on children’s rights and notably the most widely ratified treaty since its introduction over 35 years ago, would not have allowed that mugshot to be plastered all over the world for eternity. The treaty has been ratified by every country in the world with one exception — the United States.
