John sometimes gets things wrong. For example, 7:57 he keeps pushing the falsehood that China is a threat to the United States rather than the other way 'round. Secondly, he maintains that one of the principal reasons the Kiev regime is losing is that it does not have sufficient armaments 10:15 whereas their biggest problem is that they are running out of men.

@nadiiiine89 You are mistaken. Mearsheimer is not an economist. Jeffrey Sachs is an economist and he disagrees with Mearsheimer about China being a threat to the United States. Did you miss what Mearsheimer said about China being the most dangerous for nuclear war with the United States at 40:04 and this is not talking about economics. Then at 43:55 he says "It's very easy to imagine a war breaking out between the United States and China in the South China Sea." Again, this is war not economics. Keep listening to him in this section.

7:57 John Mearsheimer is wrong to be selling the idea that China is a threat to the United States. If anything, the opposite is the case because people like Mearsheimer are talking up this fantasy that China is a threat to the United States when it is the United States which is attempting to contain China and sounding as though they are willing to go to war to promote the independence of Taiwan, a province of China. John is a war merchant.
