  1. As we all heard, this truck was parked for some time as evidence, the rusty rotors also Ray saying it had been parked for a while. So I don't believe the owners were driving on those tires, no sense replacing the tires if it's just gonna sit there for X amount of time. So please everyone get off the owners back and stop hypothetically charging them with attempted manslaughter and any other charges flying around the comment section, they must be given the benefit of the doubt, unless there is proof of them driving around with those tires.
