  1. Wow, I can't believe the warranty company actually insisted this be done like this! WTH?! Also, Mr. Ray it's pronounced with the e making the eh sound. So it's Valdehz but spelled VALDEZ. Not Valdeez but Valdehz.. Just with out the h.. sorry but Valdeez makes me wanna hurt something, or cry I'm not sure which.. 😊
