  3.  @someguy2135  I will agree a lot more people should be vegetarian. I think there would be a lot less violence if people that aren't willing to hunt and process their own game, didn't eat meat. Not saying everyone that eats meat has to hunt, because thats ridiculous. But, there is a whole world of people who see meat the same way they do cereal - it comes from the store. People who think slaughtering a pig is incomprehensibly horrific and gross, have no problem with their ham sandwich and thats dangerous, because you're eating the proteins and hormones that drive predation, while having no relationship with death.

My assertion is not fallacious, as I explained the hypocrisy, as a failure of first principle - the outsourcing of animal suffering for secondary benefit, with no primary accountability. Veganism is an extremist position, unlike vegetarianism, which simply means 51%+ non-animal diet. You, however quite blatantly strawmanned the argument with the hyperbolic and accusatory remark about 'chopping off a cow's head, for a certain flavor sandwich'. Which, again, undermines your argument as moralization, not objective science.

Thats why its hypocritical. You're simply outsourcing the murder, so you can pat yourself on the back about what a moral person you are that you don't oppress animals. You're like the people that live on seas of glass and concrete, blaming ruralites for the climate.
