  1. No. Pick any drug for your driver, or kids' teacher to be on? And dont bother with the 'duh, you dont get high at work' argument, because A) we already know that people who wouldnt dream of going to work drunk, wont hesitate to go high as fuck. And B) the reason drug tests work, is because most substances stay in your system long after the recreational effects have passed. A regular user will saturate their system, such that they remain functionally and cognitively impaired, for days after their last use. Thats just one of many, many reasons all drugs should not be legal.

  2. 'Prohibition has never worked' - CITATION NEEDED and define 'worked'? It 'works' fine, now; you cant just score some smack, at will. Prohibition makes people more careful and responsible about how and where they the do it.
