  2. Read the local news and APD press release and it seems like a honey pot for blackmail. APD detectives even said that she looks older than she is. Being that shes almost a legal adult, it seems like a reasonable mistake. Unfortunately, ignorance is no excuse - hazards of walking the 'barely legal' line. Either way, even if he intended to fornicate with an underage girl, its still not 'pedophilia' as is being reported. Also, its important to note that he hasnt 'fled', rather he has thus far, only overstayed an overseas trip.
