Just like how she wasnt going to come forward, until they had played out the 'anonymous accusation'. Now, its 'she cant remember' and 'she wont testify'. as soon as Republicans have gone all on on that, then she will testify, with details. This is all planned out to 'eat up the clock'. Its going to continue ramping up and up.
