  1. No. We think its not a 'clean shoot', because he stood over him and shot him 3 times in the back of the head, after he was clearly down and the 'gun' was 6 feet away from him. We don't think its a 'clean shoot', because after that, he walked over, picked up the 'gun', then walked back to him, leaned over him to get a really good shot and shot him in the back of the head, again. Then fled the scene.

  2. Who you need to be outraged at is the tacticool industry selling stocks they know are non-compliant and the idiots that think they're allowed to shoot them off their shoulder, because an opinion letter said that incidental contact is forgivable.
